1. ADC12 Die-Casting Heat Sink

The fixture utilizes an ADC12 Aluminum Die-casting housing which provides excellent thermal management and a highly compact structure. An integrated breather valve balances internal and external temperature and humidity, preventing condensation and protecting internal electronics.

2. TEIJIN PC Lens & 150lm/W Efficacy

The optical engine is built with Japan brand TEIJIN polycarbonate lenses, renowned for their anti-UV properties and high mechanical strength. Paired with LUMILEDS or OSRAM chips, the system achieves a luminous efficacy of 150lm/W ±5%, offering massive energy savings for high mast projects.

3. Spill Visor & Asymmetrical Beams

To meet strict environmental regulations, the light is equipped with visor options that effectively control spill and upward light, avoiding lighting pollution. It supports a wide range of beam angles including 10°, 15°, 25°, 45°, 60°, 90°, and asymmetrical 60° options to suit any arena layout.

4. WF2 Treatment & Tempered Glass

The high-strength cold-rolled plate brackets receive a special corrosion treatment to reach the WF2 standard, making them highly suitable for harsh environments. Furthermore, an optional 4mm high-strength tempered glass cover is available to further reduce UV degradation and rust, typically designed for coastal areas.
