The column is anchored by an oversized 350x350x14mm flange plate and 800mm deep M18 foundation bolts. Supplied with a flush electrical door and dual-layer Hot Dipped Galvanizing (≥85μm) plus powder coating, it delivers absolute torsional rigidity and a bold architectural aesthetic.

4. HDG (≥85μm) Edge Protection & Powder Coating

The sharp 90-degree corners of square poles are historically vulnerable to premature coating wear. To completely eliminate this risk, the entire column undergoes Hot Dipped Galvanizing (HDG) to deposit a heavy, metallurgical zinc barrier of ≥85μm. This is followed by an electrostatically applied architectural powder coating (≥60μm), guaranteeing superior edge protection and decades of rust-free service.
