The fixture utilizes high-brightness 3030 and 5050 LED chip options, allowing the system to achieve a luminous efficacy of up to 180 lm/W. This high output capability significantly reduces energy consumption for facilities requiring 1000W to 1200W HID replacements.
2. WF2 Grade Coastal Protection
Constructed with an ADC12 aluminum die-casting housing and a high-strength cold-rolled plate bracket. The exterior undergoes a special corrosion treatment to reach the WF2 standard. An optional 4mm high-strength tempered glass cover is available to further reduce UV degradation and rust in harsh coastal areas.
3. Symmetrical & Asymmetrical Optics
Equipped with an IK08 rated polycarbonate lens, the light offers versatile distribution patterns. Options include symmetrical beams (30°/45°/60°/90°) and advanced asymmetrical profiles (140*80° / 120*40*60°), which are essential for minimizing light trespass and improving uniformity on sports fields.
4. Embedded Raceway & Racked Angle
To optimize cable layout and protect wiring from environmental exposure, the design incorporates an embedded cable raceway. The mounting bracket features a racked angle mechanism with 10° steps, allowing for up to 270° of secure installation adjustment.
