1. Q235B Steel & 6.0mm Wall Thickness

Fabricated from high-yield Q235B carbon steel, this 18-meter structure tapers from a Ø416mm base to a Ø200mm top. Supported by dynamic wind load analysis, the 5.0mm to 6.0mm wall thickness options guarantee high rigidity to support massive multi-fixture stadium or apron headframes.

2. 25mm Flange & 12x M24 Anchor Bolts

To counter the immense bending moments at 18 meters, the foundation utilizes a Ø650mm circular flange plate with a thickness of 25mm. Ground anchoring is achieved using an array of 12 pieces of M24 anchor bolts embedded at a depth of 1800mm, ensuring zero structural compromise under storm conditions.

3. Dual-Layer Anti-Corrosion (HDG + Powder)

The steel shaft undergoes a strict Hot Dipped Galvanizing (HDG) process, depositing a zinc layer of ≥85μm to meet IEC/IECEE standards. A secondary architectural powder coating (≥60μm) is applied over the zinc, isolating the metal from saltwater, chemicals, and UV rays for >25 years.
