This pole measures exactly 7.62 meters (25 feet), a widely accepted standard for traffic intersections. Starting at a solid Ø203mm base to absorb ground-level torque, it tapers to Ø101mm at the top. This specific 101mm top section provides a high-friction mating surface for bolting on long cantilever mast arms for traffic lights or CCTV arrays.
2. Extreme Base Anti-Deformation (25mm Thick Flange)
When a hurricane hits a traffic signal acting like a sail, standard base plates can bend (base cupping), leading to catastrophic failure. We completely engineered out this risk by using a massive 25mm (approx. 1-inch) thick flange plate. Backed by the 5.0mm pole wall, it guarantees the structure will not yield under asymmetrical wind loads.
3. Massive M32 Anchoring System
You can’t anchor a heavy traffic pole with standard street light bolts. This kit includes four M32 anchor bolts—some of the thickest in the industry—with an exact embedment depth of 914mm (36 inches). This ensures the concrete footing and the pole act as one solid, unmovable unit.
4. Integrated Lightning Protection & HDG Coating
Electronic traffic controllers are highly sensitive to electrical surges. This pole includes a dedicated 16x500mm brass lightning rod mounted at the top. Furthermore, to resist highly corrosive vehicle exhaust at intersections, the entire pole is hot-dip galvanized (≥85μm) for decades of maintenance-free service.

Where Does This 7.62M (25FT) Traffic Pole Make Sense?
Because of its massive M32 bolts, 25mm thick flange, and 5.0mm wall, this pole is designed exclusively for infrastructure that handles extreme horizontal forces. It is not a standard light pole.
Major City Intersections
