The pole reaches 8 meters in height with a continuous tapered profile. To support the increased height, the base diameter is widened to Ø190mm, tapering to a Ø80mm top tenon. This design effectively manages wind resistance while accommodating heavy multi-arm brackets.
2. 4.0mm Wall Thickness
Because bending moments are critical at 8 meters, the aluminum wall thickness is increased to 4.0mm. Formed through a high-pressure spinning process, the metal structure maintains uniform density to support heavy commercial LED fixtures in open areas.
3. 350mm Flange Plate with M18 Bolts
The mounting base utilizes a massive 350x350mm flange plate with a thickness of 16mm, fully welded to the bottom shaft. The installation kit provides four M18 anchor bolts with a depth of 800mm for secure concrete footing.
4. Powder Coated Finish
To ensure longevity in harsh environments, the aluminum receives a standard powder coating treatment exceeding 60um. This finish resists UV degradation and oxidation, providing a service life evaluated at over 20 years without the need for repainting.
