If you are planning to hang 3-way or 4-way heavy LED shoebox lights, this wide top section prevents the pole from twisting or swaying in the wind, making installation much easier without needing awkward adapters.
2. Serious Base Anchoring for High Wind Zones
At 8 meters tall, the wind leverage against the base is huge. That’s why we don’t skimp on the foundation. We use a 14mm thick flange plate (320x320mm) backed by a 3.0mm pole wall. The kit also comes with four deep 800mm M18 anchor bolts to keep everything dead straight, even in wide-open parking lots.

We include a flush-mounted access door that blends right into the flat surface of the pole. It’s weather-resistant, secure, and provides plenty of room for contractors to work with breakers and terminal blocks. It also features a built-in grounding lug to meet site safety and inspection standards.

Square poles usually start rusting at the 90-degree corners first because paint doesn’t stick well to sharp edges. We solve this by fully dipping the pole in molten zinc (HDG ≥85μm) before baking on a tough powder coat. It’s a two-step process built to survive harsh weather, rain, and road salt.
