1. Structural Carbon Steel Column (10.0mm Max Wall)

The column is constructed from Q235B structural carbon steel, featuring a conical taper from Ø560mm at the base to Ø250mm at the top. To support heavy multi-fixture LED floodlight arrays, structural engineers can specify 6.0mm, 8.0mm, or 10.0mm wall thickness options based on the dynamic wind load calculations of the installation site.

2. Hurricane-Resistant Foundation Anchoring

The foundation connection system is designed to transfer massive bending moments directly into the concrete footing. It incorporates an oversized Ø900mm flange base plate with a 25mm thickness. 3. HDG Galvanized Anti-Corrosion Standard

To meet municipal infrastructure longevity requirements, the entire steel mast is submerged in molten zinc (Hot Dipped Galvanizing), creating a metallurgical bond with a zinc coating thickness of ≥85μm. A secondary ≥60μm powder coating is applied, shielding the industrial lighting pole from coastal salinity, chemical pollutants, and UV degradation.
