The tapered design is the industry standard for a reason. By putting a wider 140mm diameter at the bottom, the pole easily absorbs the bending forces from the wind. As it tapers up, it reduces the overall surface area, dropping wind resistance significantly compared to a straight pipe.

Your installation crew will appreciate this. The top section is exactly Ø60mm, which fits almost all standard LED cobra-head fixtures and street light slip-fitters globally. No need to weld custom reducers or buy expensive adapter sleeves on site.
3. Upgraded Wall & Base for 7M Stability
A 7-meter pole acts like a giant lever. To stop it from shaking when heavy trucks drive by, we stepped up the wall thickness to 2.75mm. The foundation is also reinforced with a 10mm thick flange plate (280x280mm) and deeper 600mm M14 bolts, ensuring it stays dead straight.
4. Inside-Out Galvanizing (HDG)
Condensation can build up inside tubular poles and cause hidden rust. We solve this by fully dipping the fabricated steel into molten zinc (HDG ≥85μm), protecting both the inside and outside. Topped with a baked powder coat, it requires basically zero maintenance for decades.
