The optical system utilizes Japan-brand TEIJIN polycarbonate lenses, offering high anti-UV performance and IK08 mechanical strength. The electrical system is powered by top-tier driver options including Meanwell, Sosen, and INVENTRONICS, paired with Lumileds chips to deliver 150 lm/W efficacy.
3. ADC12 Housing with Breather Valve
The main fixture housing is crafted from ADC12 aluminum die-casting for excellent thermal management. It includes a built-in breather valve to balance internal and external temperature and humidity. The bracket undergoes special corrosion treatment to reach the WF2 standard, suitable for harsh marine environments.
4. Handle Bar & Racked Angle Adjuster
Designed to lower installation costs, the fixture features an integrated handle bar for easy carrying and hoisting during high-mast assembly. The racked angle bracket allows for up to 270° of precise installation adjustment in 10° increments.
