The foundation relies on a massive Ø780x25mm circular flange secured by twelve high-strength M30 (1800mm) anchor bolts. Hot Dipped Galvanizing (≥85μm) and powder coating (≥60μm) ensure over 25 years of structural integrity against severe coastal corrosion and dynamic wind loads.

1. Q235B Steel with 8.0mm Wall Option

To safely operate at a 20-meter height, the shaft is constructed from high-yield Q235B carbon steel, tapering from a broad Ø480mm base to a Ø220mm top. Based on specific dynamic wind load requirements, engineers can specify either a 6.0mm or an extreme 8.0mm wall thickness to support high-mass LED floodlight arrays without critical deflection.

2. Ø780mm Flange & M30 Anchor Bolts

The immense bending moments generated at the top of the 20M mast are transferred to the ground via a massive Ø780mm circular flange plate (25mm thickness). The foundation anchoring system utilizes 12 pieces of heavy-duty M30 bolts, embedded to a depth of 1800mm, guaranteeing absolute stability in typhoon-prone coastal regions.

3. HDG (≥85μm) + Powder Coating

The entire steel structure is immersed in molten zinc (Hot Dipped Galvanizing) to achieve a protective layer of ≥85μm, conforming to IEC/IECEE standards. A secondary powder coating (≥60μm) is applied to create an impenetrable barrier against saltwater spray, industrial chemicals, and UV radiation, ensuring a service life exceeding 25 years.
