1. Q235B Carbon Steel Construction (15M)
The 15-meter mast is constructed from high-tensile Q235B carbon steel. It is formed into a conical structure tapering from Ø350mm at the base to Ø150mm at the top. Depending on the project’s specific dynamic wind load analysis, clients can select between 5.0mm and 6.0mm wall thickness options to support multiple heavy stadium floodlights.
2. Hot Dipped Galvanized (HDG) Protection
To meet IEC/IECEE standards, the steel shaft undergoes a complete Hot Dipped Galvanizing process, achieving a zinc coating thickness of ≥85μm. This is followed by a surface powder coating of ≥60μm, preventing internal and external steel oxidation and guaranteeing >25 years of corrosion resistance.
3. Ø560mm x 20mm Base Flange
Foundation anchoring is managed by a heavy-duty circular flange plate measuring Ø560mm in diameter and 20mm in thickness. This thick base plate is fully welded to the shaft, distributing extreme bending moments and wind sheer forces into the concrete footing.
